Encouragement

James 1:2–4
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Psalms
Pick a Psalm, any Psalm. I have found great comfort reading through the Psalms. The Psalms cover the gamut from “Life is pretty miserable right now” to praising God for all He has done. Among my favorites are Psalms 20, 37, and 118.

My prayer is that my attitude will be that of this song by Margaret Becker and Keith Getty. This is the only version of it I could find.
